Hidden gem! Yum! Ordered multiple Times for take out and also have dined at the tables they have set up outside. Looks to be a husband and wife business. The wife is Thailand and amazing cook! The food is fresh and super flavorful. Makes you feel good after eating here! Yum!

Hard to find meticulous cooking anymore. This bizarre Thai Truck is pretty darn yummy. The chef is Thai and so the Pad Thai is authentic. Hard to find truly authentic tastes. I like spice but they make it any way you want.

Thai Food To Go is an absolute hidden gem. It is places like this, the small hole in the walls and humble food trucks, that are truly the heart and soul of the culinary world. They are the ones who put real love, passion, and pride into their food, and you can taste it in every bite. From the moment I walked up, I could tell this was going to be something special. I ordered a Thai tea, and it was honestly one of the best I have ever had. It was perfectly made, not overly sweet like you sometimes find, just the right balance of creamy, refreshing, and flavorful. You could tell it was made with care, not just thrown together. For my meal, I got the chicken fried rice, made fresh to order without onions because I cannot stand onions. They were more than happy to accommodate my request, and let me tell you, it was incredible. Hot, fresh, flavorful, and just so satisfying. You can feel the difference when food is cooked specifically for you, rather than sitting around waiting to be scooped into a takeout box. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the quality and freshness of the food. You truly get so much value here. Everything was piping hot, seasoned perfectly, and made with what felt like genuine love for cooking. The owners are also absolutely wonderful, kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. It is rare these days to find a place where you feel so appreciated as a customer and where you can tell the owners genuinely care about every plate that goes out the window. I will definitely be back next week, and honestly, many times after that. Thai Food To Go is the kind of place that reminds you why supporting small businesses matters. They are the real MVPs of the food world, and they deserve all the success in the world.

Rice noodle beef soup was very delicious with all the flavorful fats homemade food usually has. Yum!!! Ask for extra noodles. Pad Thai is good but on the drier sauce side. Skip the pork Thai stick if you don’t like too much fish sauce. Note, portions are small for the average eater. Double your order and enjoy. Support the lovely couple.

I've seen this food truck several times but didn't stop until today. We ordered Pad Thai Chicken and Thai Sticks (which are Satay if you know Thai food) to take home and they were EXCELLENT!! Their menu is limited however what they cook is very high quality and authentic. I lived in Bangkok 13 years so I do know what it should taste like. It's definitely worth stopping for!

Friendly owners and you can tell by the other customers they have a strong following. Authentic Thai food like my mother in law would serve. You definitely should try them out!!

This Thai Food truck owned by a couple serves delicious thai healthy food. Some of the dishes I've tried are authenttic and well made iclude, Spicy Basil chicken wirh rice, Vegetarian pad thai (no meats), includrd oieces of brocolli, and also thai stick chicken on a stick, all delicious!
